[TSVN] Context menu won't appear on desktop

Hi.

I recently tried to subversionize whole "My Documents" folder, and noticed
TortoiseSVN menu entries disappears from context menu when and only when I
right-click on "Desktop" folder.

When I spawn Explorer and do a right-click, usual TortoiseSVN menu appears.

For a comparison, I installed TortoiseCVS, and it just works regardless of
where I do a right-click.

Is this a bug? Or is there anything special about Windows "Desktop" folder
that prevents TortoiseSVN from working properly?

Any hints to make it work is welcomed. Thanks in advance.
