I don't think that this is ok in the command line either. At least not
if you execute the 'svn' command from a drive that's different than
where you're repository is located.
If you ommit the drive letter in the URL, then the current one is used -
and that's not the same for TSVN as it is for the command line client.

So please just use the correct URL.
