[TSVN] TortoiseMerge unstable in 1.06, looking for clues

Hi All,

My machine had every version since 0.26. Since latest 1.06,
TortoiseMerge is kinda unstable: hangs sometimes for no obvious reason
with screen half-drawn. I can kill the task, start it again, and it
would hang with the same symptoms. But, if I double click a file in
commit dialog or in "changes" window, chances of running successfully on
the same file are improved. Also, size of the file matters, although
I've seen the same 250 KB file being handled OK with several lines of
change and then it would hang on it (with different changes). I'm using
comparison without leading spaces. I have latest command-line SVN too,
it seems to work always.
Ah, almost forgot, it's Windows 2000 Server, patched, IE 6.0.2800.1106.
Not a big deal, just an inconvenience...
Thank you!

Sergey.
