Now I think we get closer to your problem with compiling apr. Your paths
are certainly not correct. What version of apr are you using? You must
use the one which comes with the Apache 2.0.49 windows source (the one
in the zip file).
I compile TSVN (including apr) on two different machines (at home and in
my office), and on both those paths are correct.
