Yes, it is to be expected. We cannot host two versions of JavaHL on same
update site. Right now, the only difference between the versions is the
JavaHL version. Someday, if/when we add SVN 1.9-specific features, then
there will be a 1.12 version. But for now, trying to stick to one version.

We still build Subclipse on Eclipse 3.2. There is really no code that
cares what version of Eclipse you are using. Maybe something in Eclipse
changed, but I would not know what it is. If the Eclipse Resource
properties on a file shows the same path names in both versions I would not
expect there to be any differences.
