[Subclipse-users] Moving folders in Eclipse Subclipse

Hi,
Is there a guide/tutorial/documentation on the best practices for moving
folders/files in an eclipse svn project?
I am restructuring a project and need to "Refactor/Move" folders.
I have not committed these moved folders, but now I cannot update the
project to include changes made by developers.

Do I need to commit these moved folders before allowing other developers to
make changes to the project?
