[Subclipse-users] Committing from team synchronized view misses files

When I want to commit a subset of files that have been modified since last update, I'll go to the Synchronize view in Eclipse, select the specific files I want to commit (usually after diffing each file in the synchronize view to determine which files to commit), right click commit to bring up the commit modal dialog.
Many times subclipse will not include all of the files that I have checked. They will be missing from the Changes list displayed in the dialog and from the files that are eventually committed.
Weirdly enough, these files remain checked in the synchronized view. After the commit dialog closes (from the first check-in attempt), I can then successfully commit through the same process that failed before (right clicking commit). I mention this to demonstrate that there was nothing with these files that would have prevented them from being checked in on the first attempt.
On the very rarest of occasions, a file that I haven't selected will be added to the change list. Again, this is extremely rare.
This has been an issue for me over a year. It is not the result of any recent change.
Anybody experience this behavior before? (I am using eclipse 1.8.22)
Thanks....
