[Subclipse-users] Install issue in Eclipse

I am using windows 8 64-bit, Eclipse Juno 2 Service Release 2 and when trying to install latest version using drag and drop icon in the subclipse page it fails to install and says:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.mobile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x/plugins/org.tigris.subversion.subclipse.doc_1.3.0.jar.
