We rely on the SVN API for the status of items. I am not sure why it
would show any difference in behavior. There should not be any
changes in this area. In the case of SVNKit, which would be the API
provider, even though the version number of the plugin changed we did
not provide a new version of the SVNKit library itself. It was just a
small internal change with no relation to this.
