[Subclipse-users] New Subversion and subclipse: Please help

I am as new to subversion (for that matter any version control).

I have been using Eclipse Juno and have a dozen projects that I develop. I like to start using subversion and to that end I installed VisualSVN Server in Windows 2008 R2 Std and made Repositories. Currently it stubs for 4, each with branches, tags and trunk.
On the client side (Eclipse-juno) I have installed subclipse and all other software that it installs e.g. subversion client adapter, subversion JavaHL Native Library Adapter etc.

I am lost at this point. Since the repositories are empty, should I move the entire project from Eclipse to repository or just the src folder (source code only)? What about the external libraries that the project needs? Does it also need to be moved to repository?

Please help me set up the repository correctly for use with Eclipse.
