[Subclipse-users] svnant sparse checkout - doable?

From: Adrian Price <aprice_at_tibco.com>

Good day,

Could anyone tell me whether it is possible to perform a sparse checkout using SVNAnt 1.3.1 (with SVNKit 1.7.8)?

The TortoiseSVN instructions for performing a sparse checkout appear to involve a depth="empty" initial checkout followed by a fully recursive update using 'Choose items...' to specify which child folders to include (and, by implication, which to exclude). According to the SVNAnt docs, the Ant svn checkout sub-task has a depth parameter but the sub-update task does not, so I can't figure out how to accomplish the Ant equivalent of the TortoiseSVN instructions.

Thanks,
