As I said, I have never tried svnAnt.

I do however maintain the svnClientAdapter API that it uses. That API
provides all of this information to a consumer that wants to receive
it -- for example Sublipse shows all of this output. If svnAnt does
not do anything with this info then it would have to be enhanced.
