If that is on the username/password prompt that might just be the
realm information. That said, it does sound like something about the
URL is the problem.

I would open the SVN perspective and add your URL, if it is not
already there. You should add the URL to the root of your repository.
 You should then be able to expand the tree. Find the content you
want to checkout, right-click and choose Checkout option.

It sounds like the current problem is the URL for the connection.

You can also open the Console view and show the SVN Console to see if
any errors/exceptions are being logged.
