No, that is not what I meant. I mean that Subclipse only operates on
Eclipse projects. So it cannot help you in the process of taking code that
lives outside Eclipse and then turning that code into an Eclipse project.
 I believe that is the question you are ultimately asking. Eclipse itself
has to provide that feature, independent of the version control system
used. Once it is an Eclipse project then Subclipse can get involved. One
thing we already do is recognize when a new project is created if it is
already inside a SVN working copy then we automatically connect to it.
