That didn't do it, but I finally disconnected (deleting the .snv subdirs)
and reconnected, then I checked everything out again and it seemed OK.

Now I've discovered another issue... One of my projects (which is
up-to-date) shows as up-to-date in TortoiseSVN, but is marked with * as if
indicating that something has changed in two of the subdirectories. The
files inside the subdirectories are all marked as up-to-date. If I go to
Team->Commit, there are no files listed and needing to be committed.

Another odd thing (probably an Eclipse issue rather than Subclipse) is that
this is a web app, and the main directory is shown with * (changed); the
WEB-INF subdirectory is shown with "?" (unversioned, correctly) and a "lib"
subdirectory (also unversioned, correctly) but no "classes" subdirectory at
all (which is definitely there, again unversioned).

Any ideas?
