You installed Subclipse 1.8.x which is for Subversion 1.7. SVNKit
does not support Subversion 1.7 yet (see
http://svnkit.com/download.php). When SVNKit is released, we will add
the plugin to our site.
Install Subclipse 1.6.x and SVNKit is included,
Subversive does not support SVN 1.7 at all.
