Subclipse is not involved in the process, it is owned and determined
by Subversion. Maybe you ran a command that allowed Subversion to
cache the username and it is using that now. Delete the Subversion
auth cache. Subversion also has a username = value setting you can
set in its servers file in the configuration area. You could set that
too. Note that if it has a cached value it always uses that.
