running 1.8.2 now and now it's working almost as I would expect 8-)

when commiting from a folder that has no changes by itself but only in
one or more subfolders, the tsvn:logtemplate from one of (the first in
the project tree I think) the subfolders is picked up.

Thats not quit what I would have expected (again 8-)

So, is this intentional (with what reasoning), or a flaw in the
implementation?

And thanks for taking that on anyways, even in its current state it's
much better now than the original behaviour.
