We could probably come up with a hack that tries to derive the url (when it is null) based on the path and the repository root url, which should work in most cases at least.

I have confirmed this and updated the JavaHL test suite to show the bug.

Hopefully the SVN devs will fix the underlying bug and it can get included in SVN 1.7.1. Is there any way to workaround the bug until it is fixed?
