[Subclipse-users] Can't merge branch after uprade from 1.6.17 to 1.6.18

Hi

I'm having trouble merging a branch to trunk. The error I'm having is:

org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: Trying to use an unsupported
feature

svn: Querying mergeinfo requires version 3 of the FSFS filesystem schema;
filesystem 'D:/repo/db' uses only version 1

I'm using subclipse 1.6.18 with JavaHL 1.6.17, Eclipse Helios, Windows XP.

Merging was working correctly some time ago. Looking at the "installation
history" in Eclipse it appears that the last successful merge was done with
subclipse 1.6.17 using JavaHL 1.6.15.

Can someone give a pointer on how to work around this?
