[Subclipse-users] subclipse deadlock on update and commit

There seems to be an (old) problem with doing 2 svn related operations with
subclipse: when doing an update and in the middle of it, you commit, Eclipse
simply deadlocks (you have to kill the process by hand).
What I expect to happen is to first do the update, and when that finishes,
the commit (pretty standard workflow).
Is this a known issue? I've observed it a few years ago, so I'm reporting
it.
Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks.
