[Subclipse-users] Subclipse is not caching svn password

When i click on and expand any link in the svn reporitory explorer under eclipse, i am prompted for SVN credentials twice everytime. I tried to check "Save PAssword" but that did not work. I deleted the %AppData%\Subversion\Auth folder and tried it again. subclipse prompts me for the certificate and stores the new cert but it does not cache the password.
I even tried choosing SVNKit Client Adapter 1.2 in the Windows->Preferences->Team->SVN and that did not work either.

I use Subclipse 1.4.x with Eclipse Helios and SVN 1.5.6. My OS is Windows 7 (64 bit). I have multiple PC's with Windows 7 (64 bit) and have the same problem on all of them. I used to have Eclipse Ganymede before this and it was working fine until i installed the latest Eclipse 3.6.2.

I have looked through many threads but have not found a solution for this issue yet.

What am i missing?

Thanks
