Do I understand the problem correctly? Server hooks are configured so
that a commit cannot happen. Client commit fails, the error message
says why, but if you are using SVNKit you also get a single extra
message?

Is the path always null? If so, we could probably suppress printing
that message.

If doing so was possible we would be doing it. It took a lot of hard
work and arm-wringing to at least get things to where they are today
which is that JavaHL is included in most binary kits and we have good
docs and understanding on how to enable it on a variety of OS.
