If you take a look at the source for the wcVersion subtask (WcVersion.java), you'll see that there is dead code in getWorkingCopySumary() and copy'n'pasted out-of-sync doc in the static nested class WCVersionSummary. So I wouldn't wonder if there were also a bug or two.
But in order to tell you'd need a spec of what the subtask is actually supposed to do.
Taking a look at "svnversion --help" does not tell me the whole story either. What info are users of this command actually looking for?
