No.

You could create a local repository that just has the Eclipse .project
etc. files in it and then has svn:externals properties defined to pull
in part1 and part2. This would work.

Of course it does not have to be from a local repository either. I
just assume this is something just for you. You could check this
Eclipse project in somewhere that is shared.
