[Subclipse-users] Compare with base revision changes in subclipse 1.6.13

Within Eclipse, I have projects checked out from .../projectname/trunk to workspace/projectname - I think the normal naming to use when checking out a project, and is even encouraged by the checkout process.
Prior to subclipse 6.1.13, when performing a Compare With Base Revision on the top level projectname, Eclipse would do as expected - compare any local changes made in the entire project tree. This is also the same behaviour as using the svn cli. However, with 1.6.13, Compare With Base Revision now just reports that the root of the project has changed name from trunk to projectname, and further does not list any hierarchical changes. This is also true for Compare With Latest From Repository, but not if you use Compare With Branch/Tag (and specify the trunk) - this latter compare still gives the old behaviour.
Is this a bug (I hope so, because it seems broken now!).
thanks,
