First, I would recommend you install from the Subclipse 1.6 update
site, not 1.4. You will still have the same problem however. The
Revision graph plugin is optional, so just deselect it. This will get
you past the problem.

If you want to install it later, you need to have the Eclipse GEF
plugin installed. This can be found on the update site for Eclipse.
I do not know if Flex Builder removes or hides this, but normally it
would show up in the list of update sites that are pre-loaded.
