[Subclipse-users] Commit going to trunk as well as branch

Numerous individuals within our organization are intermittently
encountering this issue. When committing changes to a branch, some of
the changes also go to the trunk (or sometimes another branch).

Has anyone else encountered something along these lines?

The Eclipse configuration for the latest individual to encounter this
is attached.
