What Linux distro are you using and where did you get the binaries?
What version of JavaHL shows in the preferences under Team > SVN?

The SVN gnome keyring feature works for the command line, it does not
work for JavaHL in Eclipse. You are seeing GUI prompt, as an example,
to unlock your keyring and you are not getting any crashes?

It is possible you simply have plain-text passwords already cached in
your auth folder so the gnome keyring code is never needed. If that
is the case, then just let it disable the gnome keyring.
