[Subclipse-users] merge which updates jar files gets blocked by another process (eclipse)

Hi,
I'm trying to use CollabNet merge, but the merge I'm performing is trying to delete existing jar files (on my project classpath). Eclipse locks those jar files though, so the merge fails halfway through saying:

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
svn: Can't remove file 'commons-fileupload-1.2.1.jar': The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
RA layer request failed
svn: Error reading spooled REPORT request response

I can't exactly close the "another process" since it is Eclipse where I run CollabNet out of. Is there any way around this? If not, should I open a feature request to unlock files before you merge in changes to them?
