The fix for hierarchical presentation mode decorators seems to have
really slowed down the decoration process. I will be issuing a 1.6.10
sometime next week that backs out all of that code and puts them back
to the way they were before we started changing them.
I'd probably skip this release. It does not seem to impact overall
Eclipse performance but it is unsettling waiting for modification
decorators to change properly after you edit or commit.
