ah ok.
But then could we extract it to the merge client?
Had have an option there "filter merges"
And if we enable that it does a get merge revision query to the server that
filters all id's that the other already has?
(the question is more, is there an query option for that?)

If so then i could look if i can make that into the merge client code and
create a patch for it.
