This error message is new with 1.6.7. Odds are you had the problem
before as well but did not know it. If you have SVNKit installed then
Subclipse falls back to using that. Change your preferences in Team >
SVN to specifically make SVNKit the default and the message should go
away.

That said, I would recommend using JavaHL. You should just need to
install the CollabNet package for OSX and have JavaHL work and be
found.
