It should create a perspective called SVN Repository Exploring.
Can you find "SVN" in Preferences / Team?
I could have subclipse installed and working, but when I install other plugins for eclipse, subclipse doesn't work properly :(
Are you running Windows 7 Enterprise? It works well in my laptop (Windows 7 Pro), but not in my desktop (Windows 7 Ent).
