Both of these are identical on all OS. The Subclipse developers
mainly work on OSX. Are you sure you installed Subclipse and not
another SVN client? I can think of reasons for the Synch view UI,
such as not being in the right mode, but not the preferences. The UI
for that is pretty obvious. If you do not see the same UI, it cannot
be the same clients.
