Eclipse has a means to assign keystrokes to commands and all of the
Subclipse Team menu commands are setup so that they can be assigned.
Open Eclipse preferences and type "keys" into the Search box. The UI
is kind of funky, and I do not recall the help being terribly helpful,
but it is not too hard to do.
