It looks installed right.

What do you mean when you say you have no Team menu? The menu itself
is put there by Eclipse. Do you mean there are no options? Was this
project associated with Subversive and not Subclipse? If your project
is associated with a different team provider that is not installed,
then you do not see any options other than Apply Patch.

If you see Share Project, then that is what you want to do to connect it.
