[Subclipse-users] Switch working copy to new branch/tag

I've noticed that when creating a tag, in the "Branch/Tag Comment"
dialog, you have the option to switch the working copy to it. What I
don't understand is why? Afterall, isn't the working copy already
"switched" as you are the one who created the new tag from your
working copy?
