Sorry, Russ, but I'm having trouble replicating your success. Which DLLs did you copy from where? There doesn't seem to be any overlap in the names of DLLs from my
C:\Program Files\eclipse\plugins\org.tigris.subversion.clientadapter.javahl.win32_1.5.6
folder and my
C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin
folder.

It'd be swell if you could help me out.
