I made a fairly major software upgrade on my PC yesterday (from Ubuntu 8.04 to 9.04) and now Subclipse doesn't recognize that my existing projects are connected to SVN. There is no SVN information in project properties, and the only entry in the "Team" submenu of the context menu is "Apply Patch".

I have tried restarting eclipse, closing and reopening projects, updating first with command line (to convert the working copy format) and nothing has worked or made any difference whatsoever.
