[Subclipse-users] How do I join the mailing list to send and receive messages?

I haven't seen a crisp description of joining; what I see in help
pages doesn't match what I see on the site.

I read this help material online, but I don't see the corresponding
choices on the site:

   1. On the Project Home page, click Discussions in the left navigation menu.
   2. On the Discussions: Discussions page, click the discussion to
which you want to subscribe.
   3. Click My Subscription Settings.
   4. Select Subscribed and click Save Changes.
   5. When you receive a message asking for confirmation, reply as
indicated in the email.

      Note: To add an alternative email address, click Add another
email address.

I'm having serious problems with Subclipse/Subversion that have
stalled my projects. I'm sure that people on the list can get me
straightened out.
