thanks for your posts. One think is strange:

If I make changes to files in my eclipse workspace from outside of eclipse the files become out of synch. If a press "Refresh" on a project I got an change event from eclipse where the resource is _not_ locked. So where is the difference between changing the file manually and the way subclipse does and why does subversive not have such problems. With that Team Provider our product works well.

Switching the SVN connector to SVNKit does not solve the problem.

With this bug/behavior subclipse becomes unusable with our product. We must switch to subversive. I do not see any other possibilities...
