[Subclipse-users] check-in: non-default location

I'm trying to check my project into an SVN repository and the files are not in the default workspace. When I do team->share, subclipse tries to check in all of the files from the workspace so it just checks in the settings files.

How can I get subclipse to check-in the files from my project given that they're all in a different directory than the default workspace?
