[Subclipse-users] Sharing Eclipse plug-in in binary mode

Hi, I have a developing application based in Eclipse RCP model (multiple plug-ins that define a features and products). Some developers of the project shouldn't have access to the "core plug-in" sources (even read), but they need it in order to compile, debug and try the main application. My thought was to share both source and binary versions of the plug-ins by using SVN, and assign the access permissions depending on the user privileges.
I did it by exporting the plug-in as deployable (without sources inside), importing it in a new workspace, and then, synchronizing it to the SVN repository. It worked perfectly, but the procedure of exporting, importing and synchronizing is slow and non-automatic.
I want to know if there is an easier way to do this.
Thanks.
