Not sure what you mean by "up-to-date" as I'm still getting the same error about non-LF lines in svn:log while using the very latest binaries. I'm using:
Eclipse Ganymede 3.4.1 (Build id: M20080911-1700)
Subclipse imported from the site-1.6.2.zip archive obtained from this site's download page
Eclipse Help...About...Platform features shows the following:
