This is a Subversion 1.6 bug. It has been fixed in 1.6.2. Update
your JavaHL to that version. Then, at the root of your working copy,
right-click and do Update to version. In the ensuing dialog, change
the "Depth" option to "Fully recursive" AND check the box that says to
change your working copy to specified depth.
Then click OK. This will fix your working copy and download the missing files.
