[Subclipse-users] Removing support for BDB repositories on Windows

I am going to look into switching the JavaHL binaries we use in
Subclipse to the CollabNet Subversion binaries. This is mainly so I
can avoid having to be the one that builds the binaries and so that we
can pick up support for SASL.

However, the CollabNet binaries do not support BDB. This would mean
you could not access BDB repositories using file:// protocol on
Windows. TortoiseSVN has also dropped BDB support for file://, and of
course SVNKit has never supported it.

I cannot imagine there are any users that would be affected by this,
but I thought I would check. You could convert your repositories to
fsfs and still access them via file:// or just setup an svnserve
server and access them via svn:// protocol.
