[Subclipse-users] Licensing and SVNKit

I've installed the latest 1.4 Subclipse binaries with only the JavaHL adapter. But if I look at the about boxes of various Subclipse plug-ins I see the following statement: This product includes SVNKit. I thought that all SVN access was done through the client adapter, and SVNKit was an optional client adapter implementation; isn't that correct?
I'm trying to embed Subclipse in a commercial RCP app; and I'd like to know if I need to buy the commercial license from TMate, even if I don't include the SVNKit client adapter. If that's not necessary, then I think the about text should be altered.
Cheers,
