Sorry, I did not see that it was working correctly in the History view, where the issue numbers are correctly displayed.
I was thinking it was not implemented because the commit window is still complaining about a missing Issue Number (bugtraq:warnifnoissue is set to true), whereas the entered log message already includes it.
Also, the commit window is displaying an issue-number text box whereas the bugtraq:message property is not set, which is not the behaviour of TortoiseSVN.
Am I still missing something?
