Which type of install did you use for SlikSvn? (It should be part of a
default install and you can independently disable/enable it in a
custom install. (Did you perform an update or a clean install of
SlikSvn?)

When testing this myself I found an older 32 bit javahl library
somewhere below the eclipse folder. (1.5.6 something). And that dll
made the 64 bit javahl dll inaccessible.

There should be a libsvnjavahl-1.dll in the C:\Program
Files\SlikSvn\bin directory (The only dll that doesn't start with
'SlikSvn-').
